Basic Simple and Effective conditioning Intervals for Soccer Fitness! 29 May 2012

If you are looking for something simple and effective to implement with either your training
or your teams training then this is for you.

This book gives you a gradual build up of intervals appropriate for soccer fitness.

As many people know now going for steady state runs is out of date for soccer fitness.

These intervlas may done with or without a soccer ball and you are given a couple of
mulidirectional patterns to follow.

For ninety cents you can't go wrong.

That being said you may want to also check out Streetwise Soccer by Steve Payne UEFA Pro Licence
