Firstly - if you own "Speed, Agility & Quickness for Soccer: SAQ Soccer" by the same author - DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK. They have simply changed the title and the book cover, the work is identical.
However, this is a well written, scientifically tested coaching method used at a lot of professional clubs. These drills and the courses you can go on in support of these drills are very good at honing the "form" of the aspiring professional athlete.
Bringing in these exercises at a lower level should be considered carefully, and your own coaching methodology is important. Having used them myself, I have found from time to time with certain of the exercises, boredom can creep in, and if the trainee does not follow the instructions fully, these can reinforce bad habits instead of introducing correct habits.
Although useful, and something to have up your sleeve, there may be better uses of time when training at an amateur level.

This book is a recover of SAQ For Soccer, by the same author. It is a fantastic resource in football fitness training. This version is I assume aimed at the US market, and cheaper than SAQ for Soccer.
