When I got this I was not expecting a triple disk DVD pack, so was very pleased with the 'Individual skills, Midfield Penetration and Small sided games disks.
The drills are nicely detailed and presented in a logical order, you can run these as they are or add more technical detail and increase the coaching element.
The nice thing about the drills is that they all flow, keeping everyone involved at all times.
There are enough repetitions of each drill that you can get what to look for and the players are of a decent standard to set a fair example.
Well worth the money.

Well worth getting this 3 DVD set. One of which I found a bit boring but other two had great drills and skills training. If interested in coaching/training.. get this set.
