5.0 out of 5 stars Positivity! 15 Dec 2006
Format:Audio CD
I can only echo the sentiments of the previous reviewers. This is a tremendous album. What sets it apart from Babyshambles et al, however (aside from the killer tunes!), is the positive sentiment running through all the songs - things will be ok, the kids are alright, you can make it, things will turn out fine - even when dealing with melancholy subjects (cf 'Nothing For The Kids'). This music wears its heart on its sleeve! Reminds me of the Clash in that regard. Good effort, boys!

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent debut 17 Nov 2006
Format:Audio CD
Bought this album solely on the strength of hearing Generator on XFM one evening. Fantastic, catchy tunes and a really promising debut. Has unfortunately been given the kiss of death as NME have raved about it but for once, believe the hype. Not a bad track on the album and deserves to be given the same airplay as the Fratellis etc.

Format:Audio CD
26 TRACKS FOR LESS THAN A TENNER!
IT'S GREAT OF THEM TO RELLEASE THESE RARE TRACKS FROM THE HOLLOWAYS VAST REPERTOIRE OF B-SIDES THAT SO MANY OF US MISSED OUT ON OR JUST DIDN'T HAVE THE MEANS TO PLAY THE VIYNLS!!!
GREAT STUFF! WILL KEEP US GOING TILL THE MUCH-ANTICIPATED NEW ALBUM SAID TO BE EARLY NEXT YEAR!

5.0 out of 5 stars one of the best debut albumz ever! 14 May 2007
Format:Audio CD
at the moment, my faviroute album is probably Stadium Arcadium by the Chilis, but after listening to this song, its got competition. catchy tunes such as generator and two left feet never get old, with a great opening track of so this is great britain. my personal faviroutes have to be; Diomands and Pearls; So this is Great Britain and Reinvent Myself , but so far, i have not found a track on this album worth skipping on the cd player. Great album buy it, its worth it A+++++
