Cheap and cheerful - there is a slit at the nape of the neck for a lead to pass through to attach to a harness, except it tore the first time i used it, so now have to put the harness on over the coat.
It has enough girth in the straps for a bulldog or other large chested small breed - i had to shorten the body strap so it fit snug to my lakeland terrier and jack russel.
Okay if you're prepared to fiddle at the start to make it fit - beats the smell of wet dog!
