This stand is great!!! I have reviewed it on my YouTube channel thereviewer6 please check it out. The stand is great because it is adjustable the amount of stands that aren't adjustable is astronomical, so you can use this with a iPad or a notebook. It says that it is a brushed aluminium stand but it is actually plastic with a brushed aluminium look. It is made of durable plastic though. Its not a nice as Alumium but it will definaltely hold up. Well worth the purchase I don't think there is a better stand on the market and if it was Alumium it would be without doubt the best.

I tried several different types of stand for my ipad when I bought it and this is by far the best. I use it every day, it is totally flexible in respect of the position you can use it in. It looks smart and in upright position does not take up a huge footprint on the desk. You can use this frame in an upright position or any angle down to virtually flat. Ideal if trying to avoid reflection from the sun, lighting etc. The one slight draw back is that it is not a particularly convenient shape or size for carrying about in a briefcase or ipad case. Height wise it is the same as the ipad but it does have an overall depth of 9 inches at the base. Mine has been heavily used and is getting one or two knocks now but I would certainly replace it with the same when I need to. Way better than anything else I have tried and I am pretty fussy!

if you can afford it buy it,you would be hard pressed to find a better one,the angle of viewing is adjustable in portrait or landscape,its well made and does the job perfectly.

This adjustable stand is just what I required..it's simple but stylish and more importantly it's stable, doesn't move around at all when using Ipad..very pleased. Only negative was the length of time it took to get into packaging (needs patience and care, edges to plastic can be sharp when cut)

I've been using Apple's FaceTime on my iPad, but found holding the tablet upright while speaking was awkward and it tended to slip forward when leaning against something. My face looks bad enough on screen without it looking up my nose! This stand is perfect for the job. It's sturdily built and has a rubberized footplate that holds the iPad (or any other tablet device) securely. The backrest is adjustable over a wide range of angles. It makes watching films or TV on a tablet device much more comfortable, or reading an e-newspaper or magazine at a table. Even in the kitchen I could see that it could turn an iPad into a recipe book.
