My Dad has used this since I can remember, I have always used it.
No other cream or potion compares for cracked skin. Nothing.
I believe it was an ancient recipie created by Yoda.

I was first given Snowfire by my mother about sixty years ago for chilblains on my hands and it was the only thing that worked. Today I suffer with recurring painful cracks to the side of my thumb nails and Snowfire is just the right consistency for for soothing and healing these. It also has a faint, old fashioned odour that somehow reassures and I carry a stick of it with me whenever I go out. It's made of rigid plastic, measures 7cm by 3cm with a screw-on cap and fits handily in the pocket or bag. It lasts me for ages (though the label wears off after a while) and I'm always glad that it's still around when I need another.

Since year dot my grandmother applied this solid healing ointment, which works miracles on chapped, broken or rough skin. My medicine cabinet has never been without it and it is invaluable after gardening, DIY jobs etc, when fingers crack or refuse to heal. A friend with acute cracked elbows for years has successfully healed up after using this every night for 6 weeks. It also works wonders on cracked skin around heels in the summer.

Smelling old-fashioned and herby; green in colour, works best if you can warm it a little before application and best applied at bedtime. Invaluable!

I remember this from when I was a young lad on the farm. Very good for healing wounds and cuts. My Aunt used to put it on her lips and I believe that was why she never married. She was a wizened old woman and I think she would have benefitted from a good going over with Snowfire but never mind. She used udder cream for her face and torso and the poor cows had to suffer without it. She'd slap on the udder cream and then get in front of the fire with a glass of whisky. The light from the flames gave her a ghoulish appearance and everyone used to give her a wide berth at these times. She's gone to the Udder Cream Factory in the sky now and is no doubt extolling the virtues of the cream to anyone who will listen. If they get close enough that is.

Recommended to me and it did work, cleared up my dry chapped skin between my fingers. Used it before bed as its oily and smells a bit strange.

Snowfire is the best thing you can buy if you, like me have a major problem with hacks especially during the cold and wet winters and summers we have here in Britain. Starts to heal the bad areas within hours of application.
