Buy this book if you snore or know someone who snores. They could have a much more serious disorder called Sleep Apnea. The book details the DIFFERENCES between pure snoring and sleep apnea--no other book in the market does this! This book could either help you sleep better (if you snore)--or save your life if you are diagnosed with Sleep Apnea.

Amazing book on how to STOP SNORING! My husband snores like a freight train--or HE DID SNORE in the past. We were in separate bedrooms--and he felt horrible in the mornings because of poor sleep. It even effected his career--as he felt fatigued all the time. I must say that after reading this book (I reviewed it for the publisher)--he did the program to STOP SNORING. Within three weeks of following it verbatim--he SLEPT for the FIRST TIME IN TWELVE YEARS WITHOUT SNORING. Now we sleep in the same bed--it has changed our sleep--and our lives! Thank you, Dr. Smolley!! Well worth the cost & time.

First time I had heard of CPAP machine. Worked for me and snoring is addressed finally. have to credit this book with pointing me in the right direction.
