Do not buy this product, it does very little but sting your nose. I read all the info on it on the British Snoring & Sleep Apnoea Association website, followed their instructions for diagnosing your snoring cause and was excited to think I'd finally found a solution to stopping my girlfriend jabbing me in the ribs throughout the night each time I started my bear like snoring. I read some mixed reviews of Rhynil but decided it had to be worth a try, they couldn't all be fake success stories. Alas, I was extremely dissapointed with this product. When you spray it up your nose and mouth it's not unbearable but nor is it pleasant but that would be worth enduring so we could then both enjoy a good nights sleep, the trouble is, it does mildly reduce snoring for about 5/10 minutes and then you can feel it wearing off and it's right back to full on snoring.
I also discovered when I looked into it that the British Snoring & Sleep Apnoea Association are the very people who manufacture this product so really the whole website seems to me to just be a set up to add plausability to this useless product.
In short, don't buy it, it won't do any good.
