not a classic made film, but well worth watching in regards the washington sniper, i liked it.

Based on truth, Police Chief Charles Moose (Charles S Dutton) is under intense pressure to locate and apprehend the sniper/s responsible for a trail of shootings in which a total of 10 people were killed and several were injured in Maryland, D.C. and Virginia.
In an atmosphere of fear and paranoia John Allen Muhammad (Bobby Hosea) and Lee Boyd Malvo (Trent Cameron), used their Chevrolet Caprice as a platform to callously execute innocent people who just happened to be in the "wrong place at the wrong time". A good and balanced account of this mindless violent act.
