Dealing with nightmares 22 Oct 2000
By libertas@compuserve.com - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Hardcover
I bought this book years ago for my son who was troubled by nightmares. It came in handy just recently when my 6 year old daughter started complaining of nightmares.

The book is about Sally, who is kidnapped by the cutest monster you ever saw and carried off into the hairy, scary darkness where other equally cute monsters want to eat her up. Sally confronts the monsters, who decide to play with her. The story ends with Sally falling, falling, falling, down, down, down, into her bed.

Just the idea that such a thing as falling, falling, falling is in a real book seems to reassure my kids that this is a normal dream experience and nothing to worry about. I hope this book is back in print soon! I want a number of copies myself to give as gifts.
