Format:Audio CD|Amazon Verified Purchase
Having been very disappointed by the first of the Big Finish UNIT dramas (and having bought all four on an impulse) I approached this with some trepidation. Bu after a bit of a shaky start (opening your English-language audio drama with a sequence in which the only dialogue is in Albanian, is a bit off-putting) it soon developed into quite a gripping yarn, concerning illegal cockle-pickers, an Anglo-Saxon burial site and an Albanian vampire. I would have given it four stars if there had been a few less loose ends and fewer references to a history some listeners aren't at all familiar with, but as it is, it earns three with ease. And I shall not be quite so reluctant to sit down with number 3.
