This is quite a detailed book, but the biggest problems is that, it refers to the wrong statute sections especially for the new law --> Equality Act 2010.
I believe this book was written and editted in a rush because it was published shortly after Equality Act 2010 was passed, it is rather frustrating when you're reading through and realise wrong section numbers have been referred to. Unless you have your statute with you, and you are very clear with this new law itself, or else this is very misleading and will give you headache!
Apart from that its explanations are fine.

This is a great book which helped me through my undergraduate employment law exam. It is very comprehensive, nicely set out and easy to navigate. Not ideal if you're only looking for introductory reading.

This is a very in depth books and gives you a detailed understanding of Employment law. The only crtiticism I have is that I have to read it a few times to get a grasp of it...if you have a vague understanding of employment Law to begin with then this book would be alot more easier for you. I would suggest reading it alongside a more simpler employment book.

It has a alot of cases and demonstrate the legal principles well. Also the footnotes are very detailed, which will help you alot if you have an upcoming employment assignment.
