Well 60's Proto punk, pyschedelic-isch, power pop, who-like rowdy, strange , different, unusual, even brilliantly awfull?!
with a pre-T Rex marc Bolan providing exellent lyrics, amazing unusual ditties like strange affair. The band pounding away in the back ground like some african tribal beat. No jimi H solos here ! in fact hardly any solos at all.
Go Go Girl, strange affair not the girl, midsummernights scene are my personnal favorites.#
A real must if you like the mid 60's pysch, mod, power pop like rubbles and the rest not your usual band, nor even anything like them.

Brought this,to have midsummer nights scene on cd.So I would not have to keep getting my lp out and playing it. Boy was I dissapointed with the cd collection poor sound reproduction on all of the tracks sounds like they have tried to convert mono to stereo on some of the tracks especially on midsummer nights scene and completly failed and ruined the song. If you want this groups stuff on cd I suggest you by the jagged time lapse release which is much better regarding sound and quality, and is a good edtition to collectors of obcsure british pop psych.
