Just received this item this morning and used it at lunch today. Its perfect for what I need it for. I use it for my slim fast shakes and it holds more than enough milk. Total capacity is 600ml. The handy little compartments are perfect for the shake powder and my vitamins and even has room for other little snacks. Love the pink colour. The little thing inside (not sure what its called, large holed sieve thingy) helps with the mixing so my shake tastes yummy.Smartshake Drinks Bottle with 2 Storage Compartments, All Pink Edition
The additional shaker insert makes blending powders a snap, even with ice cold water. The screw on compartments work well and don't come undone after bouncing around in a bag all day. I have other shakers at home, but I don't use them anymore now that I've got this one.
I have been using the Smartshake for a few months and it has replaced all my previous shaker brands. It's leakproof which all the other brands I've tried haven't been. It's great that it is adaptable and you can separate the bottom compartment into 1, 2 or 4 sections. Brilliant concept, well made and I've already bought them in other colour ways as presents for gym going friends. Highly recommended.
