In my view, there are great educational books in golf in most areas. Great books on the full swing, the short game, putting, golf fitness, etc. However, I was never very enthusiastic about books on golf psychlogy. Most books I read provided nice insights, but didn't provide a comprehensive idea on how to approach the game. Then I discovered this book. Brilliant! It has an easy to remember, easy to understand and very intelligent model. It gives pointers on preparation (including a very smart way to approach course management), execution and reaction on shots. It has totally changed my personal approach to the game. This book sets the standard for books on golf psychology. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to improve his game by psychological insights!
