So much more to young Clark Kent than in the Superman movies. Smallville explores his friend's in school, Pete Ross & Chloe Sullivan & Of which there are some super friends too - The Green Arrow - Cyborg - Aqua Man - Then there's the turmoil with his first love, Lana Lang, building into the intro with Lois Lane... How he developes with his Kryptonian heritage & his help from his biological parents, He grew up with Lex Luthor & the Luthors have such impact on Clark. Then there are escapee's from the phantom zone created by his real father which is challenging, the return of Zod & his technology ( Braniac ) His cousin Kara aka - Supergirl. Then he meet's the JSA (Justice Society of America) Including - Hawkman - Dr Fate ect.... Oh, there are also different colours of Kryptonite with Dirrerent effcts, Green kills - Red drops his inhibitions so he steals a Lamborghini ect
This really is a must for any Superman fan & Therefore deserves a 11/10 it really is that good.
Dare I say Much better than the actual Superman movies.
Oh, this includes those actors
Christopher Reeve - margot Kidder - Dean Cain - Terri Hatcher
Big names, You'll NEVER regret owning this box set....
FANTASTIC

OMG we have been watching this, since we received it and the late nights, are really telling on us we just can't stop watching, we have to see the next episode, can't wait for series 10 to come out on DVD, started to watch on TV but missed a few episodes, so this was the reason we brought the box set, if you liked Superman the films then you will like this, it really explains how it all began

Just wow! I bought this bossed on a wim and didnt think it would be good, but when it arrived it was perfect, each season is in a nice thin spotless case counting from 1 - 9 , the box is nice and small and saves a lot of space. Smallville is my favourite show in the whole world and this set is perfect, plus when season 10 is released you can buy it separate and lay it on top, the lid does close completely just half way but it looks good and fits on top perfectly, absolutely love it I suggest you buy it!

Brought this years ago for my Brother as a Christmas present, was such an amazing gift that i borrowed it :) only downside was when it arrived and was opening cases to check before i wrapped it, there was pieces of the cases in every case that had broke off, didnt effect the dvds but not what you want in your boxset either.

I am delighted with this box set. I missed very many of the series when it was on TV and can follow the story now. The box set is well presented with good photographs and I can thoroughly recommend it.

I got this while I was on long term sick, and it helped pass time, i watched the first few on TV back when it came out but could not get time to keep watching. Its a great story that's easy to follow with a mix of emotions. Some might say the episodes are the same kind of story every time but i disagree, the in-depth story that's behind the main story for the episode gives depth for eg. Clark and Lex are friends and how it goes through to how we know it now is brilliant and believable. This is not everyone's cup of tea but it is highly enjoyable.
