Review

A must for all fans of the hit TV show (ENIGMA )

Book Description

An all-new, original story based on the hit TV series. Smallville - the tales of Superman's teenaged years (no flights, no tights!) - is uber-cool and has real potential to 'do a Buffy'. Series 2 airs on C4 and E4 from January.

4.0 out of 5 stars Smallville, the epic saga continues, 15 July 2004
Smallville in both the television series and books gives readers an invitation into the early years of Superman; it is truly an epic saga. The story is about something strange going on in Smallville which is nothing unusual yet this time there seems to be a link between events of a distant past and the events occurring now. Also Pete who is Clark Kent's best friend seems to be distancing himself from him however Clark is surprised when a beautiful girl asks him out and is confused about his feelings for Lana. Anyways, you have to read this book, I assure you, if you're a fan of the television series, you will love it and if your new to Smallville, hope you know your going to be hooked for life :)

a stand alone novel from the smallville series, if you havent seen it or read any of the other books dont worry, dont need to know the back story to enjoy it. written for older teenagers but still very much smallville!!

the story takes place during the first season of the show as lana is still going with whitney. more strange things are happening in smallville due to the mysterious green meteorites!!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Intriguing, 22 Dec 2004
By Megan Kerrigan "Book and Film Reviewer" - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: Curse (Smallville (Warner)) (Mass Market Paperback)
An intriguing Smallville book that is heavy on plot and Superman mythology. Clark uses his superpowers to help solve an intricate string of crimes around. When a journal is discovered, this starts the string of mysterious crimes. Fast-paced and good plot, a good possibility for a Smallville episode.

5.0 out of 5 stars the best smallville book ever, 8 May 2004
By tammy - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: Curse (Smallville (Warner)) (Mass Market Paperback)
the book starts out with a grave digger unearthing a fallen tombstone. when he digs around further and finds the coffin he finds a journal and takes it with him. these events unleash a 150 year old curse upon smallville. all of a sudden there are a rash of freak accidents and deaths that are attributed to the curse. the whole town is freaking out trying to find answers and our hero is up to his eyeballs with the curse and a couple of other problems.

the book is well written and will keep you on edge until the end. my only complaint with the book is the ending. it was so anticlimax and boring that i could not believe the same author actually wrote the ending.(it was more like you got to be kidding after all this buildup).
