4.0 out of 5 stars Highly recommended companion for the film, 1 Feb 2009
By B. Lad (London, UK) - See all my reviews

3 things you need to be aware of about this item
1) The script is dated Nov 2007 and differs in certain (small) aspects that make it an interesting read. For example, even the start of the film was meant to be in a different order to what was edited in the end.
2) Danny Boyle has some notes at the end that give you a real insight into some of the challenges he faced in getting this movie made.
3) There is a short forward by Simon Beaufoy which is an interesting read as well.

I truly believe that this film will be studied for years to come and this is an excellent companion to anyone who enjoyed the film.
