What is tog rating and which should I have?
Tog is simply a unit of measurement as to how much and how quickly the bag loses heat. Tog does not mean weight of the bag - heavy does not necessarily mean warmer.
2.5 tog - for use all year round. Equivalent to 2 blankets and a sheet.
1.0 tog - for use in warm rooms and hot summer nights. Equivalent to one blanket and a sheet.
What size sleeping bag?
Your baby should weigh over 8 pounds before using a sleeping bag.
Size 1 : 66 cm. To fit from birth to aprox. 3/6 months
Size 2 : 86 cm. To fit from 3 months up to approx 12/18 months.
Size 3 : (adjustable) 92/112 cm. To fit from 12 months to 2 years (folded) or 3 years (unfolded).
Fully machine washable can be tumble dried.

Only used this a couple of times and already the popper at the bottom has burst out of the fabric. Also bought another blue one at the same time which states the same materials as this, same tog etc and it's a completely different feel. Very rough and stiff, not liked much at all by my little boy. All in all 2 very disappointing purchases, not worth the money.
a lot cheaper than most of grobags you can find out there, so didnt expect much from it, but nicely supprised, comfortable, soft, the zipper goes up and down with no probs, washes nicely too. It's probably not the most fantastic thing on earth but well worth its value and more.

Very Useful
Great quality and great for my nearly 2 year old. Lots of growing room and stops him climbing out of his cot-except when his older brother climbs in and unzips it for him!
