More Filling the Pills

I thought I'd try Slimquick because it suggest that it helps with all the hard parts about women loosing weight. I have to say it does help. I like this drink mix a whole lot better then the pills because I feel like it fills me up while the pills take a bit longer to work (having to work through your body and all that). The taste is actually pretty good, kind of like that 'Hawaiian Punch' drink I use to have as a kid. I can't say as it will make you loose weight a whole lot faster, but it does curve my appetite and it gives me a bit more energy during the day so I can get out and do things. I would suggest this to any woman who wants an extra boost in her weight loss (along with diet and exercise).

Worth a Shot in my Opinion...

I have been using SLIMQUICK® Weight Loss packets mixed berries for two weeks now; I find the drinks helpful in several ways. Most importantly, drinking the mix is a constant reminder to watch what I eat and to take better care of myself. Having the reduced appetite and increased energy level are the helpful tools to the weight loss so far. The mixed berries flavor is pretty tastey and I also mix it with 0 calorie colas for a different treat. My mindset with taking these supplements is to reinforce the importance of reducing calorie intake and increasing movement; the SLIMQUICK® Weight Loss packets helps me do both.
You may want to wait until you're committed to eating less and being more active before you spend your money on this; much is psychological when taking supplements. I found them helpful because I was finally ready to take my weightloss goals seriously.
