I love this book and use it 2/3 times a week. I just wish it was hardback as my copy is wearing out. Great veggie meals and ideas, the falafel are delicious and go very nicely with the morrocoan veg cous cous. If you are veggie and following Slimming World its a must buy, even if you are not it is full of delicious, easy receipes I'm sure you will love.
