I've been on these for 14 days and thought I'd share. Warning, going to be graphic!
Day 1 I had a bowel movement 7 hours after drinking . I felt fantastic like I'd got rid of loads of toxins and my insides were buzzing. Not longer after got a TERRIBLE stabbing headache & had to go to bed very early.
Day 2 next morning I woke up with a dull headache that stayed ALL day. When I got up I had 0.5 seconds to find a toilet, it was an urgent, no waiting BM that literally splattered all around the toilet bowl. Couldn't believe how 1 cup the afternoon before had been so strong! I decided to skip day 3 as the headaches were getting in the way of, you know, LIVING
Day 4 I decided to only soak the teabag for 2 mins & have it in a child's size cup to calm the side affects down. This resulted in diarrhoea pebbles not long after, then 2 & half hours I had urgent rush to the toilet for more explosions.
Day 5 I skipped as I was working away and didn't fancy wearing a nappy around my colleagues.
It has continued like this, urgent trips to the toilet for huge laxative like effects. Unlike laxative tablets, the tea doesn't seems to produce a normal calm BM the next morning, it's literally like someone poured a curry down my toilet. The smell is Inhuman, almost chemical! Thank God there is a window in my bathroom and I've been abusing the air fresher so my husband doesn't divorce me.
My conclusion is: they work. They really do work and these would be great if you needs to get things moving. I am fortunate to mainly work from home. Cannot see how anyone who commutes can take the risk. There is a very real chance you could soil yourself, the results are I was 2 stone over my ideal weight, with a calorie controlled diet at the same time ( no exercise) I lost 12lbs.
