Great Product; recommend to all new mums. After having my baby, the jelly - belly was quite unsightly... but after 6 weeks of using it 5 times a week, it shrunk and there is not much jelly left! It definitely made my tummy look much more toned, and although I still need to tone up more, the difference is beyond my expectations; in fact I just expected another disappointment, so it has been a great surprise to me-that there are good products out there, that do help. But please, remember, just because it helps you to tone up, it doesn't mean you can eat doughnuts like Homer! But it will save you from painful and boring ab exercises - enjoy! :o)

This product has been very useful in helping to rehabilitate lost core strength following incapacity. Easy to use,results visible early on for me. A great buy!

I was very sceptical about this product but very surprised by the results. Let's make it clear now, my stomach is still not flat... but, you can really feel the workout, and if you follow a balanced diet I'm sure you could get the desired results.
At the beginning I used it everyday, sometimes twice a day, while cooking or doing housework, and it did make me feel great! At first it is a strange tickling sensation but you quickly increase the level of workout without pain...
I have to say that it has been staying in the drawer for a while now... just cause I have had abdominal pain lately (I don't think it is related to the belt).
I will definitely carry on using it and am sure I will get that flat stomach soon or later!
I forgot to mention that since day 1 my partner found that belt and uses it more than I do, he loves it.
So, I would recommend it, definitely! :)
