i purchased the flex toning belt and didn't realise that it was just for complete beginners with regards to the intensity of the contractions ,you can very quick.ly build up to the max of 99 without feeling any real contraction of the muscles ,it flexes the muscles more than anything and i really think it would be better to purchase the more advanced one because after a very short period of time the fex belt will do nothing for you at all .

My boyfriend bought me this as a gift!! I know, for most that would be the death of a relationship, but as Im recovering from a nasty leg injury Im finding it hard to target the difficult areas until Im fully fit and can back to the gym. So far.... so good... Ive been using it for 4 weeks now and have seen a definate improvement to the tone and shape of my waist area. The annoying thing is, the new jeans I bought a mear month ago are now too big and I will have to buy some new ones! I cant wait to use this in conjunction with a cardio workout to see what results I get then. By no means rely on this as your only form of ab work, they are tough muscles to target at the best of times, but certainly a great addition to an ongoing programme. (it also forces me to sit and do NOTHING else for the 30 min slots where I can focus on my physio for my leg too!)

I have been so impressed with this product I have just had to write this review.
This product is not for everyone, it wont magically melt away your fat and flab, you have to burn that off and stop eating the rubbish. However if you have had a baby then you MUST get this.
Let me tell you about me so you can decide if its for you... I've just come to the end of my most recent pregnancy, I've had 3 full term pregnancies and it had been harder and harder to get any kind of shape or control to my stomach region. I am a size 10-12 and generally slender all over. I have had 3 very large babies and have been left with a lot of flab and saggy badly over streched skin which will not shift- even after karate twice a week and getting below 9st.
After baby 2 I constantly looked early pregnant. I could breathe my stomach in and hold it a bit but its hard to keep that up! Within a few mins the stomach flops back out and proudly leaves a round wobbly lump. After baby 3 I'd breathe my stomach in, look in the mirror and see nothing had actually moved! Its like my muscles had just given up after carrying round my whopping babies and decided to ignore any orders from my brain.
Within ONE WEEK of using this machine I not only got a connection from brain to stomach, there was definately some stomach muscle there for the brain to control! Without doubt I look NOT pregnant! For the first time in about 4 years. After about 2 weeks I hold myself well without thinking about it and aching after a minute, I just naturally stand well and my stomach painlessly and effortlessly stays in. I still have flab I still have wobble but its just held in place better and I can get in to my pre-baby clothes.
Honestly one of the best presents I've ever had. My man gave me my confidence back. People no longer ask me if I'm pregnant AGAIN!!!

i have a very flabby stomache and i feel it has helped it a bit but i would need to wear it three times a day every day to make a difference with my stomache

Slendertone Flex female toning belt
Bought for my wife to replace her old one which had eventually worn out through much use. She says it really works to tighten up her abs. Highly recommended.
