    My boyfriend bought me this as a gift!! I know, for most that would be the death of a relationship, but as Im recovering from a nasty leg injury Im finding it hard to target the difficult areas until Im fully fit and can back to the gym. So far.... so good... Ive been using it for 4 weeks now and have seen a definate improvement to the tone and shape of my waist area. The annoying thing is, the new jeans I bought a mear month ago are now too big and I will have to buy some new ones! I cant wait to use this in conjunction with a cardio workout to see what results I get then. By no means rely on this as your only form of ab work, they are tough muscles to target at the best of times, but certainly a great addition to an ongoing programme. (it also forces me to sit and do NOTHING else for the 30 min slots where I can focus on my physio for my leg too!)

    I got this product for my girlfriend, not to imply she needs any trimming, but it's something she wanted to try.

    It's easy to use, the instructions are clear and before you know it, its round your waist and contracting those muscles like a laughing hyena!

    This product is a great way to supplement any exercise programme you're doing, and it allows you to step up your routine. It even remembers the level you were on the last time, so there's no fiddling with the controls, you just need to change the time duration.

    I even gave it a whirl and it really does feel like you've done an abdominal session. A worthwhile buy, and a pretty good investment if you want additional excising, but without the hassle of rolling out the floor mat. Total ease to get on with other things.

    I would give this 5 stars, but since I haven't done the research or have tried other similar products in the market I cant be too biased to judgement, but I think this is a pretty good product, so much so, I may invest in the male version myself!
