I've given this 4 stars, the content is probably worth 5 stars, but it is a bit of a nightmare to read.

If you are not familar with NLP then I would suggest reading something a little easier going, like one of the dummies books.

This is not an introduction to NLP and as such I concur with the earlier review. However, if you've undertaken NLP training this comprehensive work brings much of the magic of NLP under one roof. The concepts that underpin the the conversation patterns are the foundations of NLP, hence the need for background. Once you have a firm grasp of such things as chunking, reframing, outcomes, complex equivalence etc. then the book comes alive. What you have here is priceless recipe for readily accessible language skills for challenging limiting beliefs. They offer a delightful starting point to draw on all your NLP skills. Your background in NLP would give you the skill to recognise limiting language. This set of conversation patterns gives you all the choice you need to start the ball rolling in moving towards empowering beliefs. It does take some reading and a little meta reflection to get it, but it is well worth it. Ideally located at NLP Master Practitioner level.
