I brought this book to practice bedtime yoga with my two and a half year old daughter. We have found it such a giggle! It really does calm her down for bed, and is fantastic quality time. The book is very well illustrated and she was instantly drawn to looking at the pictures (poses), which she then wanted to copy. An absolutely fantastic book which is easy to grasp. I am very pleased with the book and highly recommend it to parents of toddlers not only because it quietens their active little minds, prepares them for sleep, and is good quality time together, but also because I know of the great physical health benefits of yoga, which if continued as they grow can really benefit children.
