Easy to read, well researched, persuasive look at something we all know but seldom act on. I found this book really motivating. It's well structured with three take-away action points at the end of each of the 21 chapters. There's no slack in this week and it's one of the best-written fitness books I've read on Kindle (there's a lot of dross out there!)

Excellent read. Very helpful tips. I disagreed with the diet aspect of the book, but that is a very controversial topic as it is.
Would highly recommend this book for anyone, regardless of having sleep issues or not.

I am absolutely blown away by the contents of your book, Shawn. I have been trying to regulate my sleep pattern for many years now. However, after reading the initial chapters of your book and trying the tips you've shared, my body clock feels a lot more in tune. I no longer wake up at random times of the night craving and my sleep has become both cooler and much more deep! I am incredibly grateful to you, and I would encourage anyone serious about their mental and physical performance to snap this opportunity and take full advantage! I can't wait to read the remaining chapters -with a view to earning that "sleeping black belt." Peace and Love, Syed
