This was recommended by a friend, and I am not disappointed. This Cd reminds me of the Moroder "Cat People" soundtrack. Little vignettes of spectral sound, subtle, often moody. In the Moroder/Tangerine Dream/Riechmann field, these "songs" sound like a soundtrack for a dark movie. A few of the tracks are more realized than others, "Black Mill Video Tape" & "A Door in the Dry Ice" could be used in a John Carpenter film, "Nature Reclaims the Town" has an eerie "Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds" distorted opening riff. There is enough variation in mood and sound to feel like a complete work. Well done, I look forward to more.
