I've had trouble sleeping for a while. Without pharmaceutical help, I'm usually not asleep until around 0300. I've tried all sorts of sleeping tablets - from silly homeopathic (placebo) ones to over-the-counter valerian to prescription-only zopiclone. I'd have to say that these are the types that work, with minimal side-effects too. I used to take Hoggar Night (doxylamine) which got me to sleep ok, but would leave me feeling groggy when I got up. These get me to sleep just fine, leaving me feeling refreshed in the morning. Much recommended.

what is there to say? they work! great value for money! they knock you right out for sweet dreams. just like Nytol but cheaper. Same ingredient as Nytol too. Now I can sleep properly when I would normally not be able to. Yes. Great. Thankou!

if like me you are a light sleeper-wake up to the slightest if sounds then ntake these
I did find that taking more than 1 made me hallucinate so dont take more than one or two.
They are very strong and take about 20 mins to kick in..you suddenly go all floppy and your eyes droopy.
thumbs up for these.
only rank part is that they are bitter as hell. so drink them with ribena. ..or anything other than water as the bitterness doesnt go with the water.
im not sure how they work but if you touch one of the tablets on your bottom lip, it makes it numb!
also the other nice thing about buying these online is no hassle from the 'failed doctors' aka pharmacists who can stick their advice up their arses

Useless! do not buy!!
These are useless,a waste of money.Took them at 9PM and didn't get any sleep.It's 3:15PM next day in the afternoon and I haven't had any sleep.
