The picture show a case gray/black in color. In reality it is dark grey without the nice black wave.
The handle is not chrome as well..
It does hold 240 cd but only 120 is visible as the other 120 seats behind. Its better to keep 120 CDs with covers.

Item description should be changed to Slappa Hardbody 120 Disc+covers Blackish/Grayish CD Wallet + picture is different from reality.

Should I rate it low? NO! I still give it 4 stars as it is excellent CD case.

They really are the best disc storage cases 12 Sep 2004
By S. Cremme - Published on Amazon.com
I have used them all. CAse Logic, CD Projects, AVEC....they are all absolute garbage!! I have had multiple problems with each, from the handles falling off, the cheese pages ripping and (the absolute worst) the pages scratching my discs. About 3 months ago I reluctantly (based on a friends recommendation) bought a Slappa case online. These cases are SOOOOOOO much different then anything on the market that I cannot do them justice. They have nice hard shells that have great upper materials (I went with the suede) and best of all are the pages. They have these great pages that allow me to store my disc in a super soft pouch, and then have another pocket with a clear front to store my cover.....AND THE PAGES ARE ALL STITCHED!!!!! After I used my first case for about 3 weeks I jumped in with both feet and converted my entire CD collection (of 1100+ discs) and my DVD collection (300 discs) to Slappa cases. I just want to get the word out to anyone who has had the same nightmare experiences I have...Slappa is my savior. I have invested some major dollars into my discs and how I store them is of major importance to me

Excellent Case 3 Sep 2007
By Greg Davirro - Published on Amazon.com
These Slappa cases are the nicest cases I have used/seen. The stitched pockets are a very unique, high quality and well thought out design. They don't hold as many as other cases that are similar in size because of the pockets and hard case design but I am willing to sacrifice size for quality and functionality in this case. I ordered another Slappa case of the same size but different color in order to separate my jazz and rock CDs into 2 cases. The stated capacity (240 in this case) is only if you double stack your discs instead of using the front slot for the liner notes and place the disc behind it, which is what I do. In that case the capacity is obviously half the stated capacity. Comes with soft cleaning cloth. Highly recommended.

Best cases ever 3 April 2008
By J. Ferguson - Published on Amazon.com

I wanted to add my endorsement to the other reviews: This is the best case I have ever seen, and certainly the best I have ever used. Very well designed and made, both case and sleeves, and good looking. I'm guessing that they are very durable as well. When I decided to move into a smaller house, I wanted to get my extensive DVD collection into a smaller space. These cases do the job admirably. I now own 6 of them. Who knows, I might do the CDs next!...

November 2010 update to the above review: I've had 6 of these cases for 2 1/2 years now, and use them for my DVD collection. They still look great and have demonstrated that they are durable. As others have noted, the pages are excellent; mine have held up well. The only downside is the handles. If you plan on fully loading the case and using the handles to pull them off a shelf, as I have, then don't expext the handles to last very long. Three of the six cases I bought lost their handles within a year. It's the material they use to attach the handles to the case that is the weak point. Also, the way the cases are set up, when you lose the handle, you lose the label. That being said, I'm planning on getting one or two more, as I can still wrestle them off the shelf without the handles, and I know which case is in which position.
