this is the worst service i have ever had in my life. what is amazon doing to give me a refund? no word from amazon or the seller. should i take my custom elsewhere?

After ordering this the seller contacted me to apologize because royal mail had misplaced the parcel. They issued a full refund and prompt apology therefore I cannot complain about the service although I am unable to comment on the product!
