My son is doing the world tour, this phone is very clear and easy to use. He is in South America now, so he has called us from Brazil, Argentina,Paraguay and Bolivia. Its as clear as if he was next door.

when i eventually got the phone,after having a problem with the first one i received,i am quite happy.
I have a dongle for my internet,live in rural location,so no broadband,so this phone is ideal,because i dont have a router,so it just plugs into my laptop with a usb.The cradle the phone sits in, you have to juggle it about a little before the light comes up to say its charging.The reception is not wonderful,but its adequate for my purposes,better than not having a phone at all,and better than a couple of others i have purchased previously.

This phone is a joy to use. Its less hassle than the Binatone that it replaced in terms of set up, which couldn't be easier and also less cables attached to the phone, so less mess at the back of the PC. When you want to dial out you can key straight into the phone, rather than having to key into the pc first and then use the phone. The hands free speaker system is great with good sound. Overall a great purchase.
