Great quality boxset of the entire collective of Skullduggery Pleasant books. This made an excellent present for my 10 year old son who is busily reading through the first book and looks to be hooked already. In the day of ebooks it makes a nice change to have a collection of books in a series to keep forever to show people what books interest you.

My 9 year old is a good reader and really enjoys these books. Some of the text is quite dark, as it is very focused on vampires and escaping from them, but it is well written and generally not too graphic, so I think it is suitable. My son is a good, but sometimes reluctant, reader and these books help to keep him reading! Recommended if your child has been into Beast Quest books.

Although I may be too old too old to be reading these books in public, they contain such amazing sarcastic humour that after listening to the first audiobook I just had to have the hard copies to read. Delivery was much faster than expected, only two days for me, and for only £10 there is no way you can go wrong with these books. Great for both boys and girls from around age 8, much better books than either Harry Potter or Hunger Games in my opinion.
