I bought this for use on our holiday in South Africa, as management wanted to take her travel hairdryer and travel iron. Reading the specs, this has the power handling capability, and with the bonus of USB power seemed a great buy. However, what does not appear anywhere in the description is that the adaptor does not have an earth capability for any country, and appliances are restricted to two pin only. As a result it was useless for the earthed appliances we wanted to use. In addition, the round pins are the thin type continental, and in some round pin sockets, although it works, it is a sloppy fit. Back to Amazon for a refund.

perfect for travelling.
Lights flash if it's drawing too much power.
This works with my iphone 3g and desire HD but for some reason, it cannot work with my blackberry.
Not as many plug adapters as others, but should be fine for most of europe and US.

It also comes with a protective bag, and it's supposed to come with a spare fuse, but I couldn't find where this is.

This is great for when I travel with work, used it first time around in India to power my laptop and works great. Looks the part to, compared to everyone else's little adaptors. Slightly on the big side when its in my laptop bag but overall is great.
