The combination of the SKROSS World Travel Adapter 2 with a powerful USB charger converts it into a power source to quickly charge and run your USB devices! Up to two devices can be charged in parallel with an overall current of 1000 mA. The charger module can be used independently from the adapter. I bought this so I could be fully charged and connected while travelling.
The adapter lets you convert basically any power plug to any other. I have used it in the US and Europe to convert my UK power plug to the local power converter. While in the US you can pop off the cap and use the twin USB charger at the same time. So overnight I could charge my laptop, and also charge an HTC Desire and iPhone (using the appropriate USB cables) using the USB adapter.
If I could change one thing, it would be the dual USB charger adapter cap. You can only use this independently while in the US as it will only plug directly into that type of two prong socket. If you want to use the USB charger in the UK you need to plug it into the body of the main adapter. I suppose this is to save space due to the bulky UK plug.
Anyway, it's the only adapter I travel with now. Recommended!

The reason for the purchase of the Skross World Travel Adapter, which is by the way a nice tidy bit of kit for travelling in the UK or abroad. I have an IPod & IPhone and don't need to carry plug adaptors as they just plug straight in to the USB connections and it lights up when in use.

Very well built & designed travel adaptor, each different plug type moves easily into place and is easy to retract back into place. 2 Hand USB Charger points as well. It worked perfectly for me in SE Asia, Arabia and the US. Pricey for a travel adaptor but worth it !!!

Does what it says on the tin!
Have bought this for a forthcoming trip to the USA so I can charge my iPod etc. Looks to be very sturdy and hopefully will last. Have yet to use it.
