I bought this bag not because I have twins, but because I am using re-usable nappies, and just couldn't fit what I needed into a regular changing bag. I have four children and have used numerous bags, and this one is my favourite. It has lots of pockets so you can keep things seperate and know where everything is, the changing mat is large and padded, and it has a zip closure on the main bag so everything is safe and contained. It has carry handles, a large detachable shoulder strap, and best of all side loop straps to attach to the buggy handles. These are brilliant, and I imagine it would be even better on a double buggy. It's a nice long bag, so you can see everything you have in it rather than scrabbling around trying to find those elusive wipes. It is rather narrow, but this isn't a problem, as there is plenty of space and it stops the bag being bulky when on the back of the pushchair. All in all a really practical, well-designed bag - not particularly cheap, but well worth the money.
