Much more comprehensive that I could have ever hoped for. Why can't all books be so well structured, laid out and easy to follow. I love the way it starts with orientation on the basics, like portion control and goal setting, works through various exercise types, and ends with the tricks that hopefully will really make the difference (lean meats etc). This is going to be huge for me!

With this book you will have a day by day plan to make you not only loose weight but feel more energize and healthy. I like this book because it is simple. You just follow the tip of the day plus the previous one and you continue like this for 4 weeks. It includes not only nutrition but also physical activity aspect of dieting. If you are looking for the whole package, this book is it. You start slow - Day 1 being drink more water and it grows in intensity as you go. This book is well laid out and really worth reading if you want to loose weight and follow a healthier lifestyle.

This may seem like an impossible feat to lose 14 obs in 4 weeks. Mark Powell has some very interesting insights as to how you can accomplish this 4 week plan. Be clear that you know will power and determination will get you to your ultimate goal. This is an easy manner in which to lose weight and maintain it. Lyn Marie

If your looking to drop some weight, but have a very difficult time.. I would suggest you pick up a copy of this book. The author layout the fundamentals on how you can actually lose weight with an easy to follow program. Lots of solid weight loss advice is shared throughout the book. Great resource.
