I bought this book for my mother but started to flick through on my way back from work, soon I had my head buried in the pages desperate to discover more of kentons expert advice and tips! I am fairly young and was not reading the book to stop the dreaded wrinkles but this book has great tips for a whole turnaround on your diet, skincare and genral outlook. It includes recipies some of which were not to my taste but whats to say they wont be to yours ( i now include many of the meal sugestions in my diet!) The only reason leslie doesn't get top marks is because it is a big read and and some of the topics did not intrest me ( wrinkle treatments etc) but they were not aimed at me! my mother is now half way through the book and can't wait to try out the tips and advice.

As in title - I normally like Leslie Kenton books, hence buying this, but I only read the first few chapters of this one as I got so bored with it, sorry!
