Smells a bit too medical for me and although you feel the grains it's not as powerful as the brand I used to use, which was dermanew (in a tub but now discontinued and replaced with a similar texture product to this)Overall I'm OK with the product and feels like a more powerful exfoliator than the normal ones you get from your local chemist.
I would not buy again as it's not powerful enough to only use twice a week.

I would wholly recommend this product. I have now been using it for the last 8 months and have bought replacement crystals and cream as well as pads. Immediately after use my face appears a lot brighter and cleaner and blackheads and oil pores fade away.The only drawback is having to massage crystals for 5 minutes each area.

Needs to be used with the kit but I love the kit and happy you can get replacement Crystals without having to buy the pads / whole kit.

Replacement
I have the Skin Doctors Dermabraison unit. I had to replace the pads and crystals and this is an inexpensive way of doing it. Very quick to receive the order.
