Directions
Patch test a small amount of the Powerbrasion components on the area to be treated and wait 24 hours. If no irritation occurs continue with full treatment. Apply a liberal amount of the Powerbrasion Crystals to the face and neck. Attach a sponge head to the hand held unit and massage the crystals in the skin using gentle pressure. Massage for up to five minutes per area. Dust the crystal off or remove traces with warm water. Apply a thin layer of the Powerbrasion Resurfacing Cream daily to maintain the effects.

I looked forward to this product arriving.
Took it out and used it straight away.
The Unit is self is not very powerful.
Better off just buying the scrub and using your hand instead. which is why i now do and i have seen results this one.
When using the unit the scrubit just sticks to it. rather than gently moving against the face.
Dont pay this. You can buy the scrub and cream separate.

I am 42 years old and have had spots on my skin due to stress for the last 4 years which leave scars. I could not afford to have microdermabrasion at a salon which costs around £400 for 3 or 4 sessions, so I searched the internet and found this product. I was shocked to find that after 1 application my skin felt smooth. However it did take 10 applications to make my skin feel alot smoother and fresher. The scars didnt disappear but my spots didn't seem as bad. It takes about half an hour for 1 session (about 5 minutes per area). The crystals are not harsh on the skin (but I would prefer if they were. The re-surfacing cream smells and feels lovely on the skin. You use this morning and night. This product is worth buying if you want to get rid of dead skin cells at a cheap price and you are patient enough to do this at home over about 5 weeks.

This is my first experience with dermabrasion and I haven't had a salon treatment so I can't compare, but this kit has exceeded my expectations by far.
On a clean face you apply the creme with the crystals who are very, very fine. Then you use the rotating sponge for a few minutes per spot, I do my face and part of my cleavage as those are the places where I have the most sundamage in freckles and hyperpigmentation. It is absolutely painless and easy to do. After you finish with the sponge application you much wipe away the rest of the crystals and the dead skin cells with a dry cloth and then rinse with water. After the very first time I could see that my skin was so much lighter, smoother and best of all the elevated hyperpigmentation spots were gone, seriously gone! The alphahydroxy creme is an extra help, but I am not too fond of the smell, but that disappears when the creme absorps in the skin.
As blackheads and acne is concerned, those will be more longtermed benefits, I presume, but since I have only been using it for 3 weeks I can't comment too much on that part. However I do notice a slight decrease in the pores on my cheeks and nose, so I am optimistic about the rest as well.
Pro's: it works and is very easy
cons: a little pricy, the potions & sponges need to be replaced quite quickly (the crystals are almost halve gone, but I use it 2-3 per week on myself and my mom);
