A thorough book covering all basic aspects of the game 22 Sep 1998
By A Customer - Published on Amazon.com
The skills of cricket provides a very authorative guide to the basic skills of cricket. It includes all the major aspects of cricket such as batting, fast bowling, spin bowling and less written about aspects such as captaincy and the mental approach to the game. The sections on 'Frequently-Asked Questions' are also very useful. Whilst going into sufficient detail to satisfy all except those at the highest level of the game, this book never manages to lose or confuse its reader. The perfect gift for any aspiring, young cricketer!!
