Product Description

Review

"...a user-friendly guide to the skills needed for effective clinical supervision...The strengths of the book are the way it sets out the rights and responsibilities of both parties involved in the supervision relationship; the step-by-step guidance to setting up systems of clinical supervision, and its focus on the reflective, supportive and catalytic skills needed for effective supervision." - Mental Health Care. "What is particularly good about the book is that it becomes clear on reading the book that the authorshave vast experience in this area. the book therefore arises from a very practical base and many worthwhile experiences and personal judgements are offered by the authors." - Nursing Review.
