I have been suffering with leg and back pain for a while now and as I stand at work all day this was becoming a bit of a nuisance for me. I had spent quite some time researching different footwear to see if anything would help as I felt the problem was underuse of my leg muscles.I had sort of made my mind up to try Skechers Shape Ups but any of the black ones I found in my size were going to work out fairly expensive, I was a little wary about the risk of wasting money if they did not help or even if they made the problem worse. When I got an email from amazon offering these at a really really good price I thought this is worth a shot. Now I have to say to anyone wondering, WHY DID I NOT GET THESE SOONER :D. I cannot believe the difference they have made, NO MORE PAIN. However I will point out if you have not worn these before, try going to a store that stocks them to try the sizes as they are a big fit and I am a full size smaller in them than in my regular footwear. these ones are a steal at the price and I now know that I will pay the higher price with confidence for a black pair for work though it would be a bonus to get a bargain. Thanks amazon and Skechers :D Ps I'm looking forward to the toning aspect of them too.

Bought these shoes as trainers needed replacing, but as often do charity walks wanted a more comfortable shoe. These were on sale and a great price. Was initially worried as they felt very heavy and cumbersome on my feet. Having got used to them they are now so comfortable, a perfect fit (size 5) and very attractive to look at. Would recommend them for anyone who enjoys walking, not sure about their claim to tone up your legs but think they do improve posture as you have to think about your balance.

I got these at the massively reduced price of around twenty two squid, which I am pleased with, but I have found that they slow down my walking pace - though that may not be a bad thing, as I suppose it means that they are making me walk properly.
BUT, I started getting awful aches at the sides of my breasts, which I initially put down to my underwired bras, but the pain got so bad that I ended up having to go to the doctors. After a full exam and after he checked to make sure I didn't have any bruising to my ribs, he did ask if I'd changed shoes recently...and all clicked.
Two weeks on, the ache has eased (it was so bad that I was in pain when turning to sleep on my side), but my upper glutes are the bits that now hurt - which again, probably means that they're now getting a workout. And that's with my wearing them for roughly 40 mins a day!

Brilliant !!
