I bought these sketchers for my grandson, this is his second pair, although different colour, he never has them off his feet, his mum bought him expensive boots but these are what he wares every day. Brilliant! would buy again.

I've purchased these for my boys' school shoes. In the past I'd have to replace their shoes even from John Lewis. I paid the same price as I did at John Lewis (though I love John Lewis) and these are good quality and last forever. When they've outgrown them, I give them to charity since they are in such good condition. That's amazing since their own by growing boys.
Had to pay for shipping, but the cost was still a good deal. Plus, i received them within 2 days.

I ordered these in the white and silver based solely (no pun intended) on the customer reviews, the styling and the unbelievably cheap price of £11.60. We've never bought Skechers before. My 5 year old son has to take his P.E kit to school every monday and not bring it home till friday, which to me is daft, as it means his trainers have to be left in school all week,so he can't wear them after school. I was therefore looking for a cheap pair that I didn't mind leaving in school for P.E, but comfy and good quality.
Despite several good reviews I was dubious; there had to be be some invisible drawback to these trainers-why would they be so cheap? But I'm very glad I got the last pair in my son's size as they are indeed good quality and well-made. Easily on a par with Start-rite, Clarks etc and if your boy is happy with white trainers they look better than in the picture. The silver and navy stands out very nicely, they don't look too 'girly' at all-though they would suit any girl who isn't into pink and sparkly stuff very well too.
They are comfortable and quite flexible. The two-strap velcro fastening is a bonus for getting them on and off easily. I refuse to buy any other style for my son at the moment due to wasting £28 on a Clarks pair with one strap and those 'fake' stretchy elastic laces, that my son assured me he loved and could get on and off- and then refused to wear after a week because he said they were too difficult to 'do'. Grrr!
Another reviewer mentioned these were very hard, but we haven't found this personally. As for sizing, my son is an 11e in Clarks and these seem to fit fine, so I'd say they were pretty much standard sizing, though maybe a little narrow at the toe. I don't think they'd suit children with wider feet than an e-f. All in all, an excellent bargain.

As usual another great pair of sketchers. My boys love this make of trainers and I would highly recommend these to anyone who wants a hardwearing trainer with lots of life.

Sturdy
I bought these trainers for my grandson and they seem to have a life time span! This is the 2nd purchase......my grandson says they are the most comfy trainers EVER!

Sketcher Boys Frontier shoe
Tough shoe, always been happy with sketchers in the past, but, my son complained that this shoe was hard and dug into his foot on one side.

Very small fitting

White Sketchers size 5
I bought size 5 of these in White and they are very heavy shoes, and extremely uncomfortable to wear. They were prized very cheap, perhaps that was the reason. Read more

We like Sketchers
Sketchers are a good hard wearing shoe for little boys. My boys wear them for school and play.
