I read the 60 Minute Mother and to be honest I wasn't all that impressed - nothing in it that I hadn't read elsewhere and I found the style a bit sentimental and the quotes didn't sound like they could have been spoken by anyone I'd ever met! So I was a bit sceptical when this one was recommended to me...but I've found it a great read.
As you'd guess from the title you can read it quickly, but rather than lacking content, it's concise and the messages are easy to remember and not hidden in a huge amount of text - it just gets straight to the nitty gritty.
There are some brilliant, simple tips for improving family life and the anecdotes, while a little cloying at times, are great for illustrating the points the author is making.
There are dozens of books about improving your life, but this is one of the best I've come across - the tips really do work and are very practical and manageable.
Worth spending an hour of your life reading something that might improve it forever.
