5.0 out of 5 stars Useful and well written, 10 Nov 2011
This review is from: Six Sigma and the Quality Toolbox: For Service and Manufacturing (Paperback)
The book is very well structured and clearly written.

It is very useful reference source and manual for students, lecturers, professionals, experts and non-experts in Quality Management and Engineering.

The illustrations could be presented in better quality but this comment does not lower my very high rating for the book.
