i bought this for my windows 98 se computer which ive updated with so much technology now that it would be best to buy a new computer.! it worked great with my old computer. easy installation and good interface. its quite good at picking up wireless connection in near by area. mine managed to work through two to three internal walls and still give "good" to "very good" connection strength.

I found this item pretty hard to set up. although i should say that i was using this on a pc with windows millennium edition. it took me a about a week of clicking around in the control panel and other such places in order to get it to work. Even then, im not exactly sure what i had to do to make it work. I gave it 2 stars on the merit it actually works ok once set up. Otherwise its a lot of hassle. (maybe less on XP or Vista)
