I've bought some of these containers for my Mother (76) she has osteoarthritis and she can open these really easily. My Sister, who has rheumatoid arthritis and needs wrist splints, finds that she can open these containers with just the outward motion of her thumbs. I would recommend these containers to anybody who has difficulty manipulating conventional plastic storage lids.

This value pack of sistema klip it storage containers was a great buy. The 2 medium sized containers are ideal for keeping chopped fruit in for the childerens packed lunches. The children also find them easy to open and close themselves, unlike other plastic containers. The larger containers are great for keeping cheese or cakes fresh. The containers all wash well on the top shelf of the dishwasher too.

These containers are very handy as you can store left over meals,freeze them and take from the freezer to the microwave to re-heat in the same container. Well made product with strong clips to keep the lids on, so overall a really good product

I bought these as they looked good, looked up to the job and were good shapes and sizes for our thermos lunch bags. I also mistakenly thought that as they were a big name and priced over the average that they would be a good buy. I bought this set and a couple extra of the 1lt containers. They are useless for packed lunches. They leak like sieves , especially the smaller ones both my husband and I have had bags ruined by the escaping juices of pickled herrings and gherkins and oil from olives.
The blue rubber seal comes out when you open them and you have to work it back in each time you close the lid. We now have an area in the cupboard for the bases, an area for the lids and a tray for the blue rubber rings.
I will not be buying this brand again, the cheap sets I bought in my local cheap shop were better even if the odd clip broke and they discoloured a bit form repeated washing in the dishwasher.
I will be relegating mine to storing my mosaic supplies and will be looking for a better brand for lunch box use!

They don't seal well and they cannot go in the freezer. Forget it. I froze two of them, both cracked to bits the very first time. Should have stuck with the Glad ware now that it's bpa free.

Despite the product description these containers are very much NOT seal tight, especially the larger containers which would benefit greatly from more effective clips - on all four sides. A waste of money.

A variety of sizes of storage box that are suitable for all sorts of purposes. Air tight, dishwasher-safe (top shelf only!), and sturdy enough to take my bashing, very useful indeed. Only downside is that they can be fiddly to wash by hand and the clips that make them air tight can be a little awkward if you're trying to close the box with one hand.

Unfortunately the tubs do not seal well at all. I discovered on my way to work this morning when I realised that the small amount of oil on my salmon lunch had found its way out all over my bag and coat.

Waste of money
I bought these for storing leftovers and transporting lunches but not a single one is watertight. Absolutely no use for storing food as they leak like a sieve.
